Science Week!

Year 3 have been busy celebrating Science week with the theme "Connections". 
We have been looking at the connections in our body, learning about what is inside our bodies, then we took our learning outside and drew our bodies and the body parts we had learnt. 

Later on in the week we conducted our own "egg drop" experiment. We had to carefully consider how we were going to protect our eggs, some children chose a parachute method and other children chose materials to cushion the egg. We thoroughly enjoyed testing out our constructions!
