Year 1 Woodland Adventure

Year 1 have been reading woodland stories such as The Gruffalo by Julia Donaldson and We're Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen, so we decided to go on our own Woodland Adventure! We had a wonderful time exploring: our local woodland building shelters, going on mini beast hunts, conducting leaf classifications and matching them to certain trees. We also found some Gruffalo footprints and followed them to see where they would lead.
